Kyle is the best by far! He worked with us to find our first home and then again to find a home for our growing family. He provides nothing but the best for his clients and is always available and timely with his communications. He has the best sense of humor and makes house hunting fun. I love that Kyle is very mobile and works in all areas to get you to the house of your dreams. Kyle had made multiple trips to the Blaine area to show different houses as the market was moving very quickly. Houses sold super fast and he was always there when we wanted to see a property. He was also very honest with us and shared what was great about a place and what could be better. I loved that about him. He was very quick to respond if we had questions. He listed our house and was sold very quickly with multiple offers. He helped by guiding us through staging of the house and sharing comps of other homes that sold or on the market around us to list for a fast and easy sale. He always kept us in the know of what was happening and kept us up to date with check ins during the sale and buying process so we knew what was going on during the waiting process.
